This part of the program is structured to invite and support you with expanding and deepening through a dedicated monthly space for your inner work throughout the duration of the program. You will be working with material that is from your own process and witness and be witnessed by others in the program as we hold space for and welcome the emergence of your NDB facilitator presence.

The deep dive into your own psyche, that you will perform within this component under Anne’s careful guidance, will not only allow you to feel empowered to support your breathers in all their experiences, but also for you to become a more conscious being, as well as – ultimately increase the quality of your own life and relationships.
Embark on a personal development journey that includes a dedicated space for you to discover more about your inner world and work with material from your psyche. Practice compassionately uncovering your own patterns, scripts, stories and shadows. Experience and clarify what feels supportive and empowering to you.
Inner Child work can empower us to navigate life from a genuine and adult place with capacities that belong with us now rather than how we may have made sense of the world when we were an infant or young child. Additionally, as a breathwork facilitator, regulating so you can be present for your breathers—when there is something that is potentially overwhelming or triggering to your inner child—while you are facilitating is a valuable and essential practice.
You will uncover resources and gifts and perhaps unburden some material you carry. This work is intended to support you on your NDB facilitator journey however, the teachings, inner work and tools can be a support also in life. It is natural for us to outgrow some of our old stories and ways of approaching life and evolve as new ways emerge even if there is an interim phase as new neural pathways are being created and established.

You will be learning directly from the creator of NeuroDynamic Breathwork Modality, who has been facilitating breathwork since 2009 and is a well-known name in the breathwork community.
He has been a featured speaker at numerous international online conferences including: The Embodiment Conference, The Trauma Superconference, The Breathing Festival, Shift Network’s annual Breath Summit and The Emerging Consciousness Global Online Festival, and has had articles written about him in magazines and newspapers such as the Elephant Journal, Yoga Journal, London Times and Luxx Magazine.
Michael has a scientific background and is passionate about neuroscience, which inspired him to create this powerful new science-based breathwork modality that can be facilitated both online and in-person and thus – practiced regularly to strengthen participants’ neural pathways.
Saemi is both a Holotropic and NeuroDynamic Breathwork facilitator, as well as a Fractal Phenomenology Counselor.
She is also a best-selling author of 5 books in Japan and her story of coming to the US with only one suitcase and speaking only broken English and the difficulties and challenges that she has overcome has inspired countless Japanese readers to follow their own dreams and manifest their own desired life.
Along with facilitating a few of the Neurodynamic Breathwork Online sessions in the US, she has also brought Neurodynamic Breathwork to Japan and has facilitated both in-person and online sessions in the Japanese language,
Glenn started doing Holotropic Breathwork in 1991 and has been leading breathwork workshops for over twenty years. He’s worked with Michael in Breathwork Online since it’s inception in 2018.
He is the co-founder of a Seattle-based nonprofit with the mission of educating people about breathwork and making it more accessible.
Glenn is passionate about building communities and he brings all his heart, compassion, wisdom, knowledge and understanding of human character to support the students in their journey, as well as contributes massively to our ongoing ALUMNI Students Support Community, maintaining a safe and constantly evolving space there.

Heidi is an expert in integration using expressive arts, holding a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology with a focus on Expressive Art Therapy.
As part of the program, participants will have access to a live one-hour integration teaching session each month led by Heidi. These sessions are recorded, so if you can’t join live, you can catch up later.

It’s very important to go through a complete, in-depth breathwork facilitator training program.
People’s lives are in your hands. You’re working with them in expanded states of awareness where they are extremely vulnerable. Some of them will have experienced trauma – even intense trauma.
You need to know that you can responsibly work with whatever comes up in a breath workshop.
If you want to become a breathwork teacher and facilitator who feels prepared for all of the subtleties and intricacies of your breathwork practitioners journeys, then you will love the breathwork certification program we’ve put together for you.
After You Complete the Program, You’ll Have Access to Our Breathwork Facilitator Support Network:
We feel strongly that we don’t want to coach you to lead breath workshops and then send you off into the world without any support.
So, among other things, you’ll have access to our Monthly Facilitator Check-Ins after you’ve completed your breathwork training.

Once you’ve completed the breathwork training, we’re committed to giving you at least a once-per-month access to one of our team’s facilitators – to ask questions you may have as you begin to implement all the things you’ve learned in our breathwork certification program.
Additionally, you’ll have been through the full breathwork workshops with other soon-to-be-breathwork facilitators from all around the world. We’ll do what we can to make it easy to connect with them as well.

In our online portion of the breathwork training program, we will train you to do online breathwork workshops, and live one-on-one sessions. If you complete the 3 day online intensive at the end of the program, you will be additionally trained to facilitate in-person group breathwork workshops.
