Breathwork has been one of the most beneficial things I’ve done and I recommend it to others constantly! It’s hard to know where to start even and so much is deeply personal that I cannot share. My very first session brought me back to the first few weeks of my life, confirming to me some of the root causes of my personality and particular struggles I’ve had as a child and adult that began as a premature baby in a sterile hospital incubator environment. It was wonderful to understand more fully how that experience as an infant has affected me to this day. All sessions have been remarkable but some of course stand out more than others. For years I struggled with anger towards an ex-husband and kept hearing messages that I should ‘forgive’ yet couldn’t figure out how to do so in a way that might give me some relief. Through this session, a lot of light was shed on how my beliefs about myself and my own struggles that have nothing to do with him brought me to this relationship and contributed to my portion of the unhealthy relationship. While still seeing his faults, I was able to accept more direct responsibility from the messages I received during this session in a way that really helped me to be less angry towards him, as close to true forgiveness as I’ve gotten. Breathwork has helped me get into my body in the most amazing ways. It has helped train me to quiet my mind and drop into my body in a way I never thought possible for myself. The subtle sensations I feel now are lovely. I had one session where all my attention and sensation was on my heart— I spent the session noticing it, feeling it, and appreciating it being there in a way I’ve never experienced before or since. It was unforgettable. In my most recent session, I was able to process through some sexual trauma from situations where I wasn’t firm in my boundaries and put myself in uncomfortable situations. Parts of my body that I’d used in ways I hadn’t felt safe with started shaking uncontrollably while I was able to express my grief and pain vocally. It was a really good release. Anyway, I could talk about my experiences for hours but again, so much is personal. I do recommend this to just about everybody. Please try it. You will find value in it for sure. And stick with it— I find at least three times a month being so incredibly valuable. Oh, and I also love and find fascinating all the interesting types of vocalizing that often come about during sessions— to have never used my voice in these ways in my life but be learning how to do now during sessions has been so interesting. Anyway, please give this a try.

Deep seated traumata could be released, suppressed grievances surfaced and be finished, I feel more confident and in my relationship more myself, stronger and more loving. The first 5 month I was mostly crying, shouting in emotional pain (into a fat cushion ;-)) What a liberation and bliss afterwards each time. I often listen to the sharing circle and always hear something helpful and clarifying. What a process it is - amazing, freeing and strengthening! I knew little about Neurodynamic Breathwork Online when I decided to take a workshop. Beginning with my first session, I was able to access a very deep place within myself where many important life lessons were revealed to me. I soon signed up for the all-access path and the work has since become an important and transformative part of my life. In my most recent session, I was able to confront an incident of abuse from childhood that I had been repressing. I was able to return, mentally and emotionally, to the place where it happened and radically transform my own interpretation of the experience. I remembered that during the incident, at a point when I was in mortal danger, I was overcome with a feeling of utter calm combined with the certainty that I would be OK. At the time, I understood how precious and meaningful this realization was, but in the days and weeks to come it was crowded out by feelings of intense shame and the urge to repress what had happened. During my most recent breathwork session (over 35 years later), I was able to reconnect with the sense of divine safety that I had experienced and to recognize what a wonderful gift I’d been given. A very deep part of me was in contact with something divine that day, and through neurodynamic breathwork, I am learning to revitalize and reinforce that connection. I feel excited, hopeful and genuinely optimistic in a way I haven’t felt in many years.

And it will take you to a new heights of your true you that has been screaming to come out of you.

Breathwork has become a regular practice for me, I look forward to the sessions. It does make a difference doing the work within the virtual group, I don't feel so isolated as when I am doing it alone. So yes, it feels like community.

I think it is about love. And breath work makes me feel loved and when I feel loved everything seems to work better. I think it mostly comes from the breath work community that is breathing with me but it may be the music, it may be simply getting the things out of my body that are bothering me, and embracing the things that I need or maybe just resting my body, but but doing the Neurodynamic breathing makes me more present makes me feel loved and makes me feel whole. In that state life flows very easily.

Breathwork has given me a greater sense of calm, peace and self love. I have increased my ability to “let go” and not get caught up in the negatives from my past or present. Overall I really feel more centred, emotionally stronger and I love, accept and trust myself more.

Breathwork and Inner Intelligence

Not all breathwork is equal and nor does it work the same way for everyone. I thought that all the methods I had learned were enough and served my needs and my clients needs. This is a wonderful breathwork process that exceeds all other modalities I have come across. This really puts the breather in the control seat. By using their IGI (Inner Guiding Intelligence) they go into the depths of themselves to release what is ready to be released. This truly is a gift to humanity.

My relationship with life changed. For the first time I have a deep experience and understanding how I engage and interact with creative energy by holding on to shadow energy from programming through previous experiences of my own as well as inherited. Because of this, I realize the importance of taking ownership of my life and I am empowered now to change the direction in my life if I want to.

I am grateful and thankful that I had such an opportunity during the difficult time of Covid crises. Breathwork is part of my life already, and the outcomes of this practice are everyday present in my life, bringing me more peace, more love, more unity and more abundance of everything.
