Fiona

NEURODYNAMIC BREATHWORK FACILITATOR

Born and raised in the west of Ireland, Fiona in recent years returned to the quiet rhythms of the Irish countryside after many years of wandering. Her work weaves together a broad range of training and lived experience, grounded in a deep respect for the human story.

She is a Relationship Mentor registered with the Irish Association for Relationship Mentors, she has a special interest in the parent – child relationship. Her practice is rooted in Attachment Theory, Infant Mental Health and Interpersonal Neurobiology. A certified massage therapist, yoga teacher, and NeuroDynamic Breathwork facilitator, she recognises the deep link between the mind and body as essential for healing and integration.

Her greatest teacher is her 8-year-old daughter, who continually reminds her of the profound power of presence and connection. Driven by a lifelong curiosity about the stories we carry and how they shape us, her approach is rooted in trust and the belief that each person holds an innate capacity to grow, heal, and return to themselves.

Fiona facilitates twice-monthly our NeuroDynamic Breathwork sessions and regular Breath & Reset sessions. She coaches on our facilitator training programme, supporting new facilitators as they grow into this work.
