Unlike NeuroDynamic Breathwork® (NDB), which is a deeper, more immersive 60-90 minute practice aimed at profound emotional release and self-discovery, Breathe&Reset offers a faster, accessible reset—ideal for busy schedules or those new to breathwork. While NDB takes you on a longer, transformative journey with evocative music and active breathing, Breathe&Reset provides a concise and refreshing way to reconnect with your body and mind without diving into deep emotional work.

12-Minute Breathing Session for Resetting and Rebalancing Your Nervous System

Engage in a focused 12-minute breathing practice designed to reset your nervous system, release built-up tension, and restore balance to your mind and body.

Short Sharing Circle to Close the Session

A brief and supportive sharing circle, where participants can express their experiences and connect with others before ending the session.

The purpose of this breathing exercise is to help your nervous system reset, release tension, and be able to continue (or end) your day in a very grounded way.

Please note that this type of breathwork is different from our signature  NeuroDynamic Breathwork®. It is not designed for you to dive deep and have profound experiences – although that can happen, but it is not the main goal.

We will be doing a short 3-5 minute intro and then jump right into the breathing, ending with a short sharing circle.

So you must show up on time to participate!
