REGULAR NEURODYNAMIC BREATHWORK® SESSIONS
The schedule is approximately as follows:
Intro talk – ends between 35 and 43 minutes after the start time of the session after which there is a sound check and then short break and then the relaxation exercise and then the opening meditation.
Many subscribers come in right at the start time to hear the intro talk again to remind them of the important points to remember and give themselves time to relax into the session environment and feel more connected to the group but if you want to be sure to do the sound check and then the opening meditation, please come in no later than 35 minutes after the start time.
Start of music – 45 – 53 minutes after the start time of the session
SUBSCRIBER ONLY NEURODYNAMIC BREATHWORK® SESSIONS
The schedule is approximately as follows:
Sound check – at 6 – 10 minutes after the start time of the session. After the sound check, there will be the relaxation exercise and then the opening guided meditation so if you do not want to miss the sound check and opening meditation, please come in no later than 6 minutes after the start time.
Start of Music after the relaxation and opening meditation – normally between 16 – 20 minutes after the start time of the session

Pre Breathwork Bonus Sessions for Subscribers Only – Twice per month there are 50 minute bonus sessions before the breathwork to open up your body to prepare for the session, one with Jason where you will do a gentle yoga practice (all levels welcome) and one with Karen where you will do an embodied movement practice.
Many subscribers find that attending these pre-breathwork sessions deepens their breathwork session in a very beautiful way.

SUBSCRIBER ONLY SHORT RESET BREATHWORK MEDITATION SESSIONS
Subscriber Only Reset Breathwork Meditation – a 30-minute event with a 10- 12 minute breathing session to quickly reboot and reset your nervous system.
The purpose of this breathing exercise is to help your nervous system reset, release tension, and be able to continue (or end) your day in a very grounded way.
This type of breathwork is different from NeuroDynamic! It is not designed for you to dive deep and have profound experiences – although that can happen, but it is not the main goal.
The session is set up as follows:
we do just a 3-5 minute intro and then jump right into a short meditation, followed by breathing, ending with a short sharing circle.
You must show up on time to participate!
