In Neurodynamic Breathwork, what guides the process is the Innate Guiding Intelligence and the body. As you settle in to begin the process, the instructions are to start by doing the deep breathing until it feels like your body kind of “takes over” and then let your body find its way with its breathing. For most people the breathing goes in waves – very deep for awhile, then more shallow, then deep again and the session moves forward – as inner wisdom and the body guide the experience. If ever, your “ego mind” chit chat comes back in, that means you are dropping out of the process and you have to refocus on the deeper faster breathing for awhile until it quiets down again.

Our live, virtual Neurodynamic Breathwork Online sessions are hosted using the Zoom conferencing software and last approximately 100 minutes.
