If You Feel Like Your Experience is Incomplete at The End, How Do You Navigate That?

If at the end of the session, you feel that it is not complete, first of all, do another session as soon as you can. But in the immediate, go into a space where you can be by yourself, i.e. laying in your bed. Be with yourself, put your hands on your heart and do some deep, gentle slow breathing (this is a relaxing breathing).   Do that for 5 or 10 minutes until you feel complete and relaxed. And, more material may come out, but it will probably be less intense and then gently subside….just do a gentle completion for yourself. It won’t take long. It will take 5 – 15 minutes. And usually by then you feel ok to go on with your day.
