Working with Fear, Panic & Anxiety in Breathwork
Fear, panic, anxiety are all good signs if you experience them during a breathwork session. The ego mind may resist because it knows new things are coming, new possibilities are opening up, old patterns are being released. If you feel these, give yourself permission to fully feel them in your body (as much as you’re comfortable), to let your body fully process them. Remember that we are always there to help you during our breathwork sessions, via chat, if you have any questions or concerns.

Our live, virtual Neurodynamic Breathwork Online sessions are hosted using the Zoom conferencing software and last approximately 100 minutes.
